About me
Dr. Molly Feghali serves as the Director of Training, Learning & Impact at Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U.), where she leads the organization's career-connected learning strategy, curriculum development, and impact measurement. She oversees a team of facilitators delivering career readiness programming in more than 20 high schools throughout Cleveland and the surrounding communities while ensuring learning experiences intentionally connect youth development, self-leadership, and workforce readiness.
Prior to joining Y.O.U., Dr. Feghali served as Senior Director of True2U and Strategic Initiatives at Neighborhood Leadership Institute, where she helped develop and lead the True2U Mentoring Program, a career readiness and youth development initiative serving every eighth-grade student in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. She also taught educational psychology and social foundations of education as a lecturer at Cleveland State University.
Dr. Feghali holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University, a master's degree in Sociology from DePaul University, and a Ph.D. in Urban Education from Cleveland State University. She is passionate about helping organizations intentionally design learning experiences that prepare young people to thrive in school, careers, and life.
