About me
Hayat Lachheb is a Career Readiness Facilitator with the Planning and Career Readiness (PACE) team at Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U). She is dedicated to helping connect high school students to meaningful career pathways through structured lessons, career advising, and work-based learning opportunities. As part of Y.O.U.'s school-based initiative, she develops and facilitates curriculum, supports students in building career skills, and collaborates across programs to expand youth opportunities. Outside of the academic school-year, Hayat focuses on empowering youth through professional development, program evaluation and data collection to measure impact and improve student outcomes. Hayat holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and brings a public health perspective to youth development by elevating youth voices and strengthening community-based initiatives. She is passionate about leveraging data to inform decisions and create meaningful, lasting impact.
