Dr. Jennell Vick is President & CEO of the Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center, where she is leading the integration of data, technology, and clinical care to improve outcomes for individuals with communication disorders. A scientist by training, she has held research appointments at MIT, the University of Washington, the University of Texas at Dallas, and Case Western Reserve University.
Under her leadership, Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center launched Sound Insights, an initiative that transforms clinical and operational data into actionable intelligence to improve patient outcomes, expand access to care, and inform organizational decision-making. She is passionate about using data not just to measure performance, but to drive innovation, equity, and meaningful impact in nonprofit healthcare.
